The place 場所
富士山の北、河口湖の北岸にある大石という集落です。湖までは歩いて10分。夜は真っ暗で、冬は氷点下まで冷え込みますが、そのぶん静かです。
Oishi, a village on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi, on the north side of Mt. Fuji. The lake is ten minutes on foot. Nights are dark and winter drops below freezing, and in exchange it is quiet.

BY CARスーパーやホームセンターへは車で15分ほど。温泉にも車で行けます。レジデンスの滞在中は、メンバーが週2回まで車を出します（ショートステイには付きません）。
Supermarkets and a home centre are 15 minutes by car, and there are hot springs within driving distance. During a residency a member drives you into town up to twice a week. Short stays don't include this.
