Applications are open year-round, at least 60 days before your term. As a guide, decisions usually take around two weeks.

2027 terms ターム
1ターム=4週間。滞在は連続する1〜3ターム。空き状況は返信時にお知らせします。
Each term is four weeks, one to three terms. We confirm availability when we reply.
Fees 料金
280,000 JPY for the first resident summer terms (6–8): 320,000 JPY
+100,000 JPY per additional person, per term. Co-sleeping children stay free.
Kerosene at cost
Two artists, one term: 380,000 JPY (190,000 JPY each)

How it works 流れ
Apply through the form: who is coming, what you plan to work on, which term.
The members read applications and send you a decision, usually within around two weeks. We think about whether this time would mean something for your work.
We meet online and walk through the stay, then confirm with a simple agreement.
A 20% deposit within 14 days of acceptance holds your house; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Bank transfer, Wise or PayPal.

Residents from abroad need medical / travel insurance covering the whole stay.
Japanese is not required. We work in English and Japanese.

はい。問題ありません。これまでの滞在者の多くは海外からのアーティストです。
Not at all. Most of our residents so far have come from abroad.制作や発表の義務はありますか？ Is there an obligation to produce or present?
ありません。オープンスタジオやトークは、滞在者が望んだときにだけ開かれます。
No. Open studios and talks happen only when residents want them.家族やパートナーと来られますか？ Can I bring my family or partner?
歓迎します。追加1名につき100,000円/タームで、添い寝のお子様は無料です。
Very welcome. Each additional person is 100,000 JPY /term; co-sleeping children stay free.車がなくても暮らせますか？ Can I live here without a car?
はい。到着日は河口湖駅までお迎えに行き、滞在中はメンバーが週2回まで買い出しやリサーチに車を出します。徒歩圏にコンビニとバス停があります。
Yes. We pick you up at Kawaguchiko Station on day one, and drive you to town up to twice a week. A convenience store and a bus stop are within walking distance.どんな制作環境がありますか？ What facilities are there?
1棟をまるごと使えるほか、共有のリビングとスタジオ、大きな制作のためのガレージ、庭があります。各棟にWi-Fi・キッチン・生活設備一式。

冷え込みますが、各棟に灯油ストーブがあります。灯油代は実費です。晴れた朝の富士山は冬がいちばんきれいです。
Cold — the houses are heated with kerosene stoves, and fuel is billed at cost. On clear winter mornings, Mt. Fuji is at its best.助成金で滞在できますか？ Can I fund the stay with a grant?

We live in this village. If you would like to visit, please write to us in advance and we will arrange a date together.キャンセルはできますか？ What if I have to cancel?
できます。キャンセル料は、滞在開始60日前まではデポジット分のみ（残額をお支払い済みの場合は残額を返金）、59〜30日前は滞在費の50%、29日前以降は100%です。私たちの事情で受け入れを中止する場合は、受領済みの滞在費を全額返金します。
Yes. Cancellation fees: up to 60 days before the start, the deposit only (any balance already paid is refunded); 59–30 days before, 50% of the fee; 29 days or fewer, 100%. If we have to cancel on our side, everything you have paid is refunded in full.
